BMW Group UK and Drover Announce Mobility Partnership

BMW Group UK joins Drover’s mobility-as-a-service marketplace and becomes key fleet partner, powering Drover’s unique car subscription product.
London, 5th April, 2018 - Drover, the car subscription company, announced today that it is partnering with BMW Group UK to launch a new, unique way to get access to BMW and MINI vehicles on a flexible, monthly all-in subscription basis.
Facilitating customers to drive vehicles like the iconic MINI Cooper or ultimate driving machines such as the BMW 1, 2, 3 and 5 series, as well as exciting X and i models, for one all-inclusive monthly subscription price, is an important alternative avenue for car ownership to be compatible with the adaptable, technology-driven lifestyles of today. Drover’s innovative user proposition rolls the entire cost of car ownership into one monthly price, including the cost of the car, insurance, maintenance, servicing, taxes and breakdown cover, and makes it available as an online offer on joindrover.com. Users can swap, upgrade or downgrade their car monthly or just cancel altogether, without any long-term commitment or steep upfront down-payments.

The partnership idea was born during BMW’s Innovation Lab program, a ten-week programme which enables start-ups to trial products at scale, receive expert mentoring from senior members of the BMW Group UK management team and access insights from leading subject matter experts in the automotive and automotive finance sectors.
