NA-KD adds senior international talent as it continues to expand

has added more than 20 new employees to its Swedish HQ in the latest months. More than
half of the new recruits have joined from abroad, representing countries such as the US,
UK, Germany, Russia, Spain and Croatia

As part of its expansion plans, fast-growing Swedish fashion e-commerce company NA-KD has added more than 20 new employees to its Swedish HQ in the latest months. More than half of the new recruits have joined from abroad, representing countries such as the US, UK, Germany, Russia, Spain and Croatia. The new recruits bring a wealth of experience from companies such as Zalando, Cisco and Hawkers. Among them is NA-KD’s new CTO, technical leader Noah Magram from Cisco Systems. Noah will relocate from Seattle, USA to join NA-KD’s Swedish HQ.


NA-KD is a global mobile-first vertical direct-to-consumer (VDTC) brand for women, providing trendy millennials with stylish yet affordable clothes. The brand was launched in 2016 by serial entrepreneur Jarno Vanhatapio and is backed by the international venture capital firms Partech, Northzone, eEquity and FJ Labs. After just two and a half years online, NA-KD is already among the most quoted global online fashion brands on Instagram, with a fast-growing and scalable fashion platform. NA-KD has gathered more than two million fans across its social media channels and more than 90 million visits on site in 2018. The company is a strong advocate of women’s empowerment and has pledged to donate one percent of net sales in October to support breast cancer research, following a successful similar donation in March in support of International Women’s Day.


Following NA-KD’s rapid growth, the company has seen interest from international talents skyrocket and the team now consists of employees from across the world. The latest hires consist of both experienced and upcoming talents from around the world and strengthens the company across all departments. The latest additions to the team include Noah Magram, currently technical leader at Cisco Systems joining NA-KD as CTO; Jacob Murphy, currently investment banker at Macquarie Capital in London joining as Channel Manager; Carina Svensson, joining as HR Director from a position as Vice President HR at Lagardère Sports; Frank Lüpke, joining as Fulfilment Manager from a position as Operations Manager at Zalando; Andrey Busk, joining as Last Mile Manager from a position as Manager Group Strategy and M&A at MTG; and Nuria Sancho Botella, joining as Social Media Specialist from the direct-to-consumer brand Hawkers.
